“I do not believe in taking the right decision, I take a decision and make it right.” ― Muhammad Ali Jinnah

It is the demand of success that if you want it then you will have to give it everything that it needed. Mind growth is also on of the demand of success. Now, I am going to briefly explain the Amal totkay one be one which are very important for mind growth

1- Self-Talk

I have learned a lot of things from these tips. First tip is self-talk. We cannot get success until we talk to myself. This will motivate you and grow your mind. There are three ways to talk to yourself.

1- Listen to what you are saying to yourself

2- Challenge to your self-talk

3- Change your talk

Self-talk is your internal dialogue. It’s influenced by your subconscious mind, and it reveals your thoughts, beliefs, questions, and ideas.

2- Get out of your comfort Zone

We should get out of our comfort zone by following different things. There are many ways for getting out of your comfort zone and achieving new things. Like:

1- Take nothing for granted.

2- Switch up your routine.

3- Move toward your fears.

4- Give up control.

5- Try something new until you feel comfortable.

6- Ask the questions other people don’t like to.

To be shy doesn’t help you or those around you. If you have a chance to speak, speak it, just do it. You are not risking anything. You need just to open your mouth. Also, people care too much what others might think of them. I have been the one, now I overcame it.

1- Create new habits

Wouldn’t it be nice to have everything run on autopilot? Chores, exercise, eating healthy and getting your work done just happening automatically. Unless they manage to invent robot servants, all your work isn’t going to disappear overnight. But if you program behaviors as new habits you can take out the struggle. With a small amount of initial discipline, you can create a new habit that requires little effort to maintain. Here are some tips for creating new habits and making them stick:

1. Commit to Thirty Days

2. Make it Daily

3. Start Simple

4. Remind Yourself

5- Stay Consistent

4- Ask people for help

One of the most common misconceptions about giving is that, if you are doing it right, it’s entirely about the other person. That giving is not supposed to be about you. But this is nonsense. The choice to help another person is often, if not always, at least in part about how you see yourself and how helping will make you feel. And this is a good thing, because the benefits of helping to the helper provide a powerful source of motivation.

5- Fake it till you make it

The longstanding adage “Fake it till you make it” coaches us to behave as if we’re in a position well before we master it. If you want to be a successful entrepreneur, act like you already is one. If you seek investments, imitate the behavior of someone who acquires funding often. If you pursue partnerships with high-level players, replicate the actions of an individual worthy of that alliance, and so on.

I will try to follow these steps for the the growth of my mind.
